Who I Am
I've spent my career at the intersection of creative vision and operational reality — the place where a director's idea meets a global team of 1,200 artists. I've done that for Marvel, Lucasfilm, Paramount, and others. The work has taken me from Los Angeles to India, from animation to visual effects & stereoscopic 3D to AI. What has never changed is the belief that the quality of the work and the quality of the relationships behind it are the same thing.
My mission is to build the systems, standards, and relationships that allow great work to be made, and to make sure it stays great all the way to the audience. I believe that creative vision and operational excellence are not competing forces; the best productions happen when both are treated as non-negotiable. That balance begins with a genuine love for the craft — the storytelling, the visual language, and the creative instincts to know when something is truly right.
